1. Eligibility

2. Products and information

• Product details, composition, crops and dosage are based on information provided by the manufacturers. Always read and follow the label and leaflet on the pack before use.
• Product images are for illustration; packaging may change as per the manufacturer.
• Advice from our team is general guidance. Final use of any product is the buyer’s decision and responsibility.

3. Safe use of agrochemicals

• Use insecticides, fungicides, herbicides and growth regulators only on recommended crops and at recommended doses.
• Wear protective clothing, gloves and a mask while mixing and spraying. Do not eat, drink or smoke while spraying.
• Keep products away from children, food and animal feed. Store in a cool, dry place in the original container.
• Observe the waiting period between the last spray and harvest as mentioned on the label.
• Dispose of empty containers safely; do not reuse them.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and availability may change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your order will apply.
• We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, stock unavailability or suspected fraud; any amount paid will be refunded.

5. Orders

An order is confirmed only after we accept it and share a confirmation. Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

Crop results depend on many factors outside our control, including weather, soil, pest pressure, timing and application. To the extent permitted by law, Grramo’s liability for any order is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of crop or income.

7. Intellectual property

The Grramo name, logo, website design and original content belong to Grramo. Product names, labels and images belong to their respective manufacturers and are used with permission. Do not copy or reuse content without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, submit false information or place fraudulent orders.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
