શિપિંગ નીતિ

1. Where we deliver

We currently deliver to serviceable pincodes in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Use the “Check delivery” box on any product page to confirm your pincode. We are adding new areas regularly.

2. Delivery time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
• Estimated delivery is 2–7 working days depending on your location; remote villages may take longer.
• Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, festivals, strikes or courier delays.

3. Shipping charges

• Free delivery on orders of ₹999 and above.
• A delivery charge of ₹60 applies to smaller orders.
• Any charge is shown to you before the order is confirmed.

4. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched we will share the courier name and tracking details by WhatsApp or SMS. You can also contact us on WhatsApp for an update at any time.

5. Receiving your order

• Please check that the outer package is sealed and undamaged before accepting it.
• If the package looks damaged, tampered with or is leaking, refuse delivery or record a short unboxing video and inform us within 48 hours.
• Agrochemicals are shipped in their original sealed manufacturer packaging and are handled as per applicable transport rules.

6. Failed delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unreachable phone number or refusal without valid reason, the order may be returned to us. We may deduct shipping costs from any refund for prepaid orders, and may ask for prepayment on future orders.
