1. When you can return a product

• You received a damaged, leaking or tampered product.
• You received the wrong product, wrong pack size or wrong quantity.
• The product is expired or near expiry at the time of delivery.

2. When returns are not accepted

• The seal of the product has been opened or the product has been used (for safety and quality reasons, opened agrochemicals, fertilizers and bio-products cannot be resold).
• The request is raised more than 48 hours after delivery.
• Results in the field are not as expected — crop results depend on weather, soil, timing, dosage and application method, which are outside our control.
• The product was damaged by improper storage after delivery.

3. How to request a return

• Contact us on WhatsApp (+91 90219 95115) within 48 hours of delivery with your order details.
• Share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the problem, the product label and the batch number.
• Our team will review the request within 2 working days and arrange a pickup or replacement where possible.

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds for prepaid orders are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are made by UPI or bank transfer to details you share with us.
• Where a replacement is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp or phone. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery; shipping costs may then be deducted from any refund.
