• To reply to your questions and give agronomy advice.
• To notify you when a product you asked about becomes available.
• To send order updates and, only with your consent, offers and farming tips. You can opt out at any time.
• To improve our website, products and services, and to prevent fraud.

3. Cookies and local storage

We use a small cookie to remember your language, and your browser’s local storage to keep your cart. We do not use these to track you across other websites. You can clear them from your browser settings at any time.

4. Sharing your information

We never sell your personal data. We share only what is necessary with:

• Courier and logistics partners, to deliver your order.
• Payment gateways and banks, to process payments securely (we do not store card or UPI PIN details).
• Service providers that host our website or send messages on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
• Government or legal authorities, when required by law.

5. WhatsApp

When you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are also handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. We use WhatsApp conversations only to serve you.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by tax and legal rules, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
