Return and Refund Policy

At Grramo, we strive to provide high-quality agricultural products, including seeds, crop protection, and farm machinery. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. This policy outlines the process for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: 

Timeframe: You must raise a return request within 2 days of receiving the product.

Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Seeds/Chemicals: For safety and quality reasons, packets that have been opened or tampered with cannot be returned.

Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or order number from https://www. grramo.com or the Grramo App is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g., specific live plants or organic cultures).  Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the user. Items on “Clearance” or marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or not working (e.g., farm machinery):
1. Take a photo or video of the damage immediately upon delivery.
2. Contact our support team via the Farmer Dashboard. 3. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you after validating the
claim.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:  Approval: We will notify you via SMS/Email regarding the approval or rejection of your
refund.
Credit: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, or Wallet) within 7–10 working days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
5. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order for a full refund anytime before it leaves our warehouse.
After Dispatch: If the order is already in transit, you may refuse delivery, but a nominal shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
